Meghan is a seasoned bilingual (FR/EN) facilitator and strategist who’s expertize lies in holding space for meaningful dialogues and strategic translation.
She supports health and social care organisations relating to large-scale change, strategy, governance, collaboration, integrated care and building capacity for collective impact, health equity, and building capability for impact in both French and English.
In addition to working with 4C Impact, she is founder of IMPACT MP supporting francophone engagement and french language services strategy, working with various partners. Prior to her current roles, she spent over 12 years in Ontario’s health system spanning primary health care, public health, policy, health equity, advocacy, french language services, program and project management as well as health promotion and community development.
She holds an MHSc in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, a BHSc Baccalauréat spécialisé en sciences de la santé from l'Université d'Ottawa, and has pursued extensive continuing education relating to integrated care, facilitation, governance, leadership, management consulting, and more.
